Galerie Arenthon is pleased to present its new exhibition, Theatre and Costumes. The exhibition brings together works by artists who have worked around theatre, both in theme and practice. Thus, we dedicate part of our exhibition to Christian Bérard, a great figure of Parisian life at the beginning of the 20th century, a multiple artist, known for his sets, costumes and illustrations. His works here rub shoulders with those of other modern artists who have had an interest in theatre and costume: Sonia Delaunay, Pablo Picasso, Jean Jansem, Yves Saint Laurent...

In a nod to the now ubiquitous mask, and in support of theater weakened by the current context, the exhibition theme allows us to showcase our art posters, prints and illustrated books. Come and discover them at 3, Quai Malaquais, from September 12 to October 31, 2020.
